The T-Pot™ - chili crab recipe

Chili crab is one of Singapore’s most famous dishes where very few visitors go away without trying it. The best thing about this dish is that it does not need a 5-star hotel chef to cook up a tasty meal of chili crabs.

This recipe, partially adopted from the hawkers, has been prepared for anyone who is not a professional chef and a kitchen equipped with only the most basic utensils. The ingredients are commonly available from any supermarket and there is no need for any elaborate preparation.

Note: This recipe is good for Mud crabs, Dungeness crabs, Blue crabs, Blue swimmers or other crustaceans like Lobsters, Cray fish and Shrimps.
